Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026 (v1.1)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MetaAnalysis AI platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including experts and client companies.
2. Platform Description
MetaAnalysis AI operates a multi-product platform that connects verified AI/ML experts ("Experts") with companies seeking AI outcomes ("Clients"). The Platform includes MetaMatch for talent matching, Medha for interview-based vetting and Expert Index signals, and AI Studio for building, running, testing, and improving agents with expert data feedback loops. The Platform also includes escrow payment processing and automated quality assurance tooling.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Expert Terms
Experts agree to: (a) complete the MetaInterview and micro-task assessment honestly and without assistance; (b) deliver work that meets the agreed scope and quality standards; (c) not misrepresent qualifications or credentials; (d) maintain the confidentiality of client information and deliverables; (e) comply with applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction. Experts are independent contractors, not employees of MetaAnalysis AI.
5. Client Terms
Clients agree to: (a) post tasks with accurate descriptions, budgets, and timelines; (b) fund escrow before work begins; (c) review and approve or request revision of deliverables within 14 days of delivery; (d) not circumvent the platform to hire experts directly; (e) use deliverables only for lawful purposes.
6. Fees and Payments
MetaAnalysis AI charges a 15% platform fee on top of the expert's agreed rate, paid by the client at task approval. Experts receive 100% of their agreed rate. Payments are processed through Razorpay (in-region collections and card/UPI/netbanking) and Wise (cross-border expert payouts). Daily payouts are triggered automatically upon client approval. The platform fee is non-refundable once payment is released from escrow.
7. Escrow and Refunds
Client funds are held in escrow upon task creation. Escrow is released to the expert upon client approval. If a client does not approve or request revision within 14 days of delivery, escrow is automatically released. Disputes must be raised within the 14-day review window. MetaAnalysis AI's dispute resolution decision is final.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives all rights to the deliverable produced by the expert for that task, unless otherwise specified in the task agreement. The Expert Index Score, MetaMatch AI engine, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of MetaAnalysis AI, Inc.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to manipulate your Expert Index Score; harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Platform; post tasks that involve illegal, harmful, or deceptive content; or circumvent any security measures.
10. Termination
MetaAnalysis AI may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to the community. You may close your account at any time. Pending escrow balances will be resolved before account closure.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MetaAnalysis AI does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness of any expert or deliverable. We are not responsible for disputes between experts and clients beyond our stated dispute resolution process.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaAnalysis AI's liability to any user is limited to the greater of $100 or the total fees paid by that user in the 3 months preceding the claim. MetaAnalysis AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for IP violations.
