We use the information we collect to operate and improve MetaAnalysis AI, match experts with tasks using our MetaMatch AI engine, process payments and payouts, send transactional and promotional communications, detect fraud and ensure platform safety, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Expert Index Score Data
Your Expert Index Score is calculated from your MetaInterview, resume analysis, and micro-task performance. This score is visible to clients when you are matched to their tasks. You may view and understand the components of your score at any time from your profile dashboard.
4. Sharing Your Information
We share your profile information (including Expert Index Score and domain expertise) with clients when MetaMatch surfaces you as a candidate. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who assist in platform operations (e.g., Razorpay and Wise for payments, cloud infrastructure providers) under strict data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
